Postecoglou reacts after Al-Nassr score six goals without Ronaldo

Al-Nassr beat Pakhtakor 6-2 in the AFC Champions League on Monday, with Cristiano Ronaldo left out of the squad. Manager Ange Postecoglou rejected suggestions that his team is more effective in attack without the Portuguese forward. The 41-year-old was rested despite scoring a 15-minute hat-trick in Al-Nassr’s previous domestic match. Postecoglou noted that the team had scored five goals when Ronaldo played in that game and praised the players who featured against the Uzbek side.
