Power Outages: Abdourahmane Diouf Explains the Crisis and Announces Solutions
The Minister of Energy and Petroleum, Abdourahmane Diouf, acknowledged user misunderstandings about the Woyofal system and stated that his department, along with Senelec, will continue efforts to explain its functioning.
