Power outages in Kinsuka-Pêcheur disrupt households and small businesses

For over a month, residents of Kinsuka-Pêcheur in Kinshasa have been experiencing frequent power outages, severely impacting their daily activities and the income of small traders. Electricity is available only two days a week, making it difficult to preserve food. The National Electricity Company (SNEL) has acknowledged the issue, which is related to a cable failure, and technical teams are being mobilized to address it.
