Pr Aba’a Oyono: "The Constitutional Council is the legal misfortune of this country" - Lebledparle

Invited on NTV, Professor Aba’a Oyono criticized the Constitutional Council, stating that it is failing to fulfill its mission in the current political context. He pointed out that important decisions, such as the appointment of a vice president and the extension of municipal councilors' mandates, are made by decree, raising questions about institutional balance. Nevertheless, he expressed confidence in the competence of the administrative judge to contest these decisions.
