Pray for wisdom, strength for Tinubu to lead Nigeria — Okpebholo charges clerics

Edo State Governor Monday Okpebholo has called on clerics to pray for wisdom, strength, and guidance for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to lead Nigeria and manage its economy effectively. He also urged prayers against kidnappings, cultism, and other security challenges. Okpebholo made the call on June 7, 2026, during a visit to LoveWorld City (Christ Embassy) in Benin City. He stated that Nigeria does not belong to kidnappers and expressed confidence that prayers would help overcome the country's challenges.
