Presumed Embezzlement of 40 Billion CFA at DGSN: A Senior Police Officer Presented to TCS

Police Commissioner Henrick Walter Elouna, former head of the Southern Regional Judicial Police Division, has been brought before the Special Criminal Court in an investigation into alleged fuel embezzlement at DGSN. He is among several police officials involved in the case, which involves an estimated financial loss of nearly 40 billion CFA francs. Over fifty police officers have been detained at the GSO in Yaoundé, as investigations continue to determine individual responsibilities.
