Probe alleged N26.9bn USPF scandal, SERAP tells Tinubu

The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has urged President Bola Tinubu to hold Dr. Bosun Tijani and Yomi Arowosafe accountable for the alleged disappearance of ₦26.9 billion from the Universal Service Provision Fund (USPF). SERAP also called for an investigation into allegations of unaccounted expenditures and irregular contract awards. These allegations, documented in the Auditor-General's annual report, highlight serious breaches of public trust and could undermine access to telecommunications infrastructure for rural communities.
