Promises are easy; tell us who gave orders to shoot the youth

During an event marking the 16th anniversary of the Constitution, President William Ruto acknowledged that his regime mishandled the 2024 Gen-Z protests, resulting in loss of life. Despite his promises of accountability for human rights abuses, he has never acknowledged wrongdoing regarding the killings of young protesters. Shoot orders were issued by Ruto and his ministers, and militias attacked opposition rallies, leading to abductions and violence.
