Prosecuted for the 100 million case: Amir Abo Mbacké cleared by the investigating judge

Amir Abo Mbacké was cleared by the investigating judge of the Financial Judicial Pool in a presumed fraud case after being accused by Ms. Diarra Tall of defrauding her of 100 million CFA francs. The judge issued a decision of non-lieu, ending the prosecution due to insufficient evidence.
