PS Bitok Says Ksh95 Per Learner Meant for Books in Capitation Breakdown

Education Permanent Secretary Julius Bitok clarified that Ksh95 per learner is solely for textbooks, while Ksh93 is allocated for other school expenses. He detailed that Ksh40 is for exercise books and Ksh35.25 for stationery. The funds have already been deposited into school accounts based on enrollment data from the National Education Management Information System.
