PSG vs Barcelona match will not be postponed despite protests, French PM says

French Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu said the Champions League match between Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona, scheduled for Tuesday at the Parc des Princes, would not be postponed or cancelled despite violent protests. He said he had asked regional authorities to impose partial, localised curfews in some cities to protect businesses, ruling out a blanket curfew in Paris. Lecornu said a state of emergency could be imposed if necessary but that curfews seemed better suited to the situation. Interior Minister Laurent Nunez also confirmed there were no plans to cancel the match.
