Public Contracts: 43 Companies Under Threat of Contract Termination in Adamaoua, the Far North, and the West

The Minister Delegate to the Presidency in charge of Public Contracts, Ibrahim Talba Malla, has given 21 days to 43 companies to resume or complete abandoned public contracts in Adamaoua, the Far North, and the West. These contracts, totaling over 1.5 billion FCFA, involve companies that have abandoned at least one contract during the 2023, 2024, and 2025 budget years. After the deadline, the contracts may be terminated if the companies do not justify their situation.
