At least 10 people killed in Russian and Ukrainian attacks

Russia and Ukraine have exchanged attacks that killed at least 10 people, with four deaths in Ukraine from Russian strikes and six in Russian or occupied territories from Ukrainian strikes. Two women died under the rubble of their home in Zaporizhzhia after a Russian drone and missile barrage, and two others were killed in Sumy. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy urged the international community to respond more strongly to Russia's escalation.
