Qatar PM describes fallout of US-Israel war on Iran as ‘earthquake’

He emphasized the need for states to respect sovereignty as a condition for security in the region. Additionally, he announced a shift in Qatar's investment strategy, pledging over $38 billion for domestic infrastructure over the next five years.
