Qatar says reopening Strait of Hormuz ‘unconditionally’ is a priority

The spokesperson for Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Qatar is working with its partners, including China, to resolve the US-Iran conflict. Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani met with Chinese counterpart Wang Yi in Beijing to discuss regional security and the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz. Al Hashmi emphasized that political will from both parties is essential to resolve the issue.
