Morocco-Egypt: A Young Talent from Angers Switches Sides

Wahib El Antary, born in 2009, has switched from the Egyptian U17 team to join Morocco's U17 Lions of the Atlas. He has been called up by Moroccan coach Ahmed El Kantari and will participate in a gathering from September 20 to 24 in preparation for the Copa España in Spain. El Antary, who plays for Angers, had previously caught the attention of the Egyptian coaching staff during a gathering in July 2025.
