Raphinha and Yamal fire Barcelona to 3-0 Champions League win over Aston Villa

Barcelona beat Aston Villa 3-0 in the Champions League on Tuesday, ending the English side’s perfect start in the competition. Lamine Yamal opened the scoring in the seventh minute, and Raphinha added two goals in the second half. The win, following Barcelona’s defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in its previous European match, kept the club in contention for a top-eight league-phase finish. Raphinha dedicated the victory to the fans and sent condolences to the family of Tenerife striker Jesús De Miguel, who died after an on-field collision.
