Paul Quinn, 52, has been sentenced to 24 years for the 2003 rape of a woman in Little Hulton, Salford. Andrew Malkinson was wrongfully convicted for the same crime and served 17 years before being exonerated in 2023. Quinn's sentence includes 21 years in prison and a three-year extended license. Malkinson called the sentence an "insult".
