RDC-PASS: 50 agents trained to support the deployment of the digital identifier

On September 15, 2026, the Minister of Digital Economy, Augustin Kibassa Maliba, launched the training of 50 registration agents for the RDC-PASS system in Kinshasa, aimed at providing a digital identifier to Congolese citizens. This system will enable secure access to digital public services. The training covers aspects such as personal data protection and ethical requirements. Kibassa emphasized that the RDC-PASS does not replace the national identity card.
