Nigeria’s Rural Electrification Agency (REA) has launched 37 solar mini-grid projects in Zamfara, with about 18.8MWp of combined capacity, to connect 125,106 households across seven local government areas. The development comprises two interconnected and 35 isolated mini-grids and could reach more than 625,000 people.
