Real Madrid open disciplinary proceedings against Asencio

Real Madrid has opened disciplinary proceedings against defender Raul Asencio, who was convicted last month of drink-driving. During the August 16 incident, he was more than three times over the legal limit and was fined 14,400 euros, with an eight-month driving licence suspension. Asencio is also due to face another court case regarding the alleged non-consensual sharing of a sexual video, scheduled for September 3, 4, and 7.
