Reps move to strengthen DSS operations through funding, training bills

Nigeria's House of Representatives held a public hearing on three bills to strengthen the Department of State Services (DSS): a DSS Trust Fund, a Strategic Intelligence Management Institute, and a DSS Research and Development Institute.
