Rescuers search for 12 missing after Nepal avalanche kills two

Rescuers are searching for a dozen people swept away by an avalanche on Mount Himlung in Nepal, which killed at least two others. At least 10 people have been rescued from the 7,126-meter peak after the incident on Sunday. The remains of the two victims have been airlifted to Kathmandu, and the search continues for 14 missing expedition members. The avalanche occurred as they were at a base camp preparing for foreign climbers during the autumn climbing season, amid severe weather warnings and recent flooding in the area.
