Research Section: Babacar Fall of RFM backtracks, what happened

Babacar Fall, a journalist and editor of RFM, withdrew his complaint for insults and death threats following mediation involving the Dahiratoul Moustarchidina Wal Moustarchidaty and the families involved. After this withdrawal, prosecutor Saliou Dicko ordered the release of those in custody. The case began after a broadcast on August 27, 2026, where internal tensions within the Sy family were discussed, leading to threats against Fall.
