Revive NNDC to end economic hardship, regional insecurity - KACRAN tells northern governors

The Kulen Allah Cattle Rearers Association of Nigeria (KACRAN) has urged the northern governors and the FCT Minister to urgently rebuild the Northern Nigeria Development Company (NNDC) to address the region's economic decline and worsening insecurity. KACRAN described NNDC's current state as 'moribund' due to past neglect. The association proposed a five-point plan, including reviving the textile industry and establishing agricultural banks for soft loans.
