Pope beatifies 11 priests killed by Nazis, communists

Pope Leo XIV approved the beatification of 11 martyr priests, mainly Polish and Czech, killed in Nazi camps or by the communist regime in the 1940s and 1950s, due to their faith and pastoral zeal. Some were tortured, executed, or died under harsh prison conditions, including at Auschwitz, Dachau, and in Czechoslovakia.
