Rights group petitions police over alleged assault on two-year-old girl in Delta

Ontop Cares Human Rights Organization has petitioned the Delta State Police Command regarding the alleged assault of two-year-old Blessing Obi. The child's biological father, Mr. Obi Lotachukwu Kennedy, is accused of abuse and physical assault. The organization requested an immediate investigation and offered to provide evidence to the police. They also expressed concerns for the child's safety and called for urgent measures to protect her.
