Rivers: Police present N76m to families of fallen officers

The Rivers State Police Command presented cheques totaling N76,016,799.28 to the families and beneficiaries of police officers who died in the line of duty. Commissioner of Police Olugbenga Adepoju presented the cheques on behalf of Inspector-General of Police Olatunji Rilwan Disu, emphasizing the police's commitment to the welfare of the families of fallen officers. Beneficiaries expressed their gratitude for the financial assistance, describing it as evidence of the police's ongoing care for the families of deceased officers.
