RMC Mining denounces four months of illegal occupation and a disinformation campaign around its mining sites

RMC Mining denounced an illegal occupation of its mining sites in Kisankala for nearly four months, despite legally holding mining titles n°15311 and 15312. An inter-ministerial mission confirmed that Goma Mining and Lupemba Mining did not have valid titles to exploit these sites. RMC Mining calls on authorities to secure its concessions and end occupation attempts, while initiating legal proceedings against several individuals involved.
