Ronaldo refuses to play Portugal farewell match after announcing retirement

Cristiano Ronaldo does not want to play a Portugal farewell match after retiring from international football and may have already played his last game for his country, according to Observador. The Portuguese Football Federation wanted to organise a tribute for the 41-year-old. A planned call with national team coach Jorge Jesus, arranged by federation president Pedro Proença, did not take place. Ronaldo no longer wants to speak with Jesus or play under him.
