Russian attack on Odesa kills three as Ukraine targets vessels in Black Sea

A Russian attack on Odesa killed at least three people and wounded three others. Russian strikes targeted ports in Odesa and Chernomorsk, hitting infrastructure used for fuel storage and drone assembly. In response, Ukraine launched drone strikes on 20 Russian vessels in the Black Sea, including 17 oil tankers. Odesa Governor Oleh Kiper described the attack as 'massive'.
