Ruto, IMF boss hold talks for fresh loans

President William Ruto and IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva held talks in Nairobi regarding a potential new funding program before July. Kenya has been without an IMF program since March last year when loans were frozen due to unmet performance indicators.
