A French court has postponed its ruling on genocide allegations against Agathe Habyarimana, widow of Rwanda's former president, with a decision now expected on May 6. The accusations involve her alleged role in the killings of around 800,000 people, mainly Tutsis, in 1994. The case has been open since 2008 and has been closed without charges three times, but prosecutors have appealed each time.
