Rwanda: No Backing Down in Fight Against Illicit Alcohol, Says Youth Minister

Youth and Arts Minister Dr Abdallah Utumatwishima urged young people to avoid recalled illicit alcohol brands during an Umuganda event in Kigali. He emphasized the importance of health for employment and called on citizens to help locate illicit alcohol production sites. The minister also encouraged youth to continue their education and improve their skills.
