Every April 13, Rwanda concludes the national mourning week with a ceremony honoring politicians killed for opposing the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi. The ceremony takes place at the Rebero Genocide Memorial, where 21 politicians are now commemorated, including Joseph Kavaruganda, President of the Constitutional Court, and Landouard Ndasingwa, President of the Liberal Party.
