Rwanda's national airline flies into trouble in Nigeria over damaged passenger's baggage

Rwandair has been fined $11,307 by the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) for failing to resolve a damaged baggage complaint within the required timeframe. In addition to the fine, the NCAA ordered Rwandair to replace the damaged bag and pay $170 in compensation. This decision highlights the NCAA's increasingly strict enforcement of passenger protection rules.
