Sánchez Excludes Morocco and Accuses Russia and Israel in the Ceuta Case

Pedro Sánchez dismissed any responsibility of Morocco in the massive influx of migrants to Ceuta in late July, instead pointing to networks linked to Russia and Israel for spreading false information. Approximately 70,000 people crossed into Ceuta, resulting in at least 91 deaths according to official reports. Sánchez also mentioned an international far-right coordination exploiting the migration crisis to criticize Spain. The Spanish government promised 168 million euros in aid to address the situation.
