Schengen Visas: African Countries Affected by Upcoming Changes Planned by the EU

Nearly 50 African countries will need to comply with a new Schengen visa regime if the European Commission's reform is implemented. Currently, only Seychelles and Mauritius are exempt from visas. The reform may also include a fee increase and a restriction mechanism for countries in crisis, while providing facilitation for business travelers.
