Security in Benin: A New Agreement in Preparation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation

The Beninese Ministry of the Interior, led by Djibril Mama Cissé, is preparing a new partnership agreement with the Hanns Seidel Foundation. This foundation, active in around sixty countries, has an office in Cotonou and focuses on decentralization and conflict prevention. Discussions also covered the organization of an upcoming conference on internal security, although no signing date was announced.
