Senegal: Aliou Cissé announces his departure from the Libyan national team

Aliou Cissé, the coach of the Libyan national team since March 2025, announced the end of his tenure due to ongoing financial difficulties. In a farewell message, he expressed pride in the work accomplished and thanked the staff, players, and supporters for their support. The Libyan Football Federation now needs to find a new coach as the team is engaged in the qualifiers for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations.
