Senegal: Diomaye Faye Introduces a Revision of the Constitution, What Changes Now

Senegalese President Bassirou Diomaye Faye has submitted a draft law to revise the Constitution, introducing nine major innovations. These include the creation of a Constitutional Court and a modification of the electoral process, allowing only party nominations for presidential elections.
