SENELEC: Acts of vandalism concealed a real business, the Indians have fallen

The Criminal Investigation Division arrested several suspects, including an Indian national, as part of an investigation into a criminal network involved in stealing SENELEC transformers. Among them, Aliou Diallo and Arona Ba were caught, admitting their involvement in burglaries and providing names of accomplices. Police also detained Mamadou Kaly Sow and three receivers, including Indian national Bisht Bankaj, whose warehouse contained stolen cables, bringing the total arrests to seven.
