Serie A: What Udinese manager Kosta Runjaic said about Okoye’s performance after 3-0 defeat to Lecce

Udinese lost 3-0 to Lecce, suffering their fifth consecutive Serie A defeat as Gaspar, Konan N’Dri and Jamil Siebert scored. Despite his costly mistake against Torino in the previous league match, Nigerian goalkeeper Maduka Okoye kept his place and made several important saves against N’Dri, Kaba and Geubbels. Manager Kosta Runjaic praised Okoye but said the team made numerous mistakes and failed to show its best form. Okoye has made eight appearances in all competitions this season, with his only clean sheet coming against Padova in the Coppa Italia.
