Several acts of nocturnal banditry reported in Bagira, Bukavu

The civil society of Cikera-Kasha in Bagira, Bukavu (South Kivu), warns of worsening security, including harassment and nocturnal banditry. On September 26, individuals dressed in military uniforms intercepted residents and stole their phones, making several families unreachable. The civil society calls on authorities to increase night patrols and advises residents to stay vigilant, especially at night.
