Shareholders endorse NGX Group’s bonus shares, dividend payout, others

Shareholders of Nigerian Exchange Group unanimously approved the proposed bonus shares and a final dividend of N2.00 per ordinary share at the 65th Annual General Meeting in Lagos. This brings the total dividend for the 2025 financial year to N3.00 per share, representing a 50% increase year-on-year. Chairman Umaru Kwairanga thanked shareholders for their continued support and emphasized the Board's commitment to delivering sustainable value.
