Sibanyoni links top cop Shadrack Sibiya to late taxi boss Msibi at Madlanga Commission

Mpumalanga taxi boss Joe “Ferrari” Sibanyoni linked suspended deputy police commissioner Shadrack Sibiya to the alleged network of late taxi boss Jotham Msibi, claiming Sibiya was a regular visitor to Msibi’s farm in Hammanskraal where influential figures like Julius Malema also visited. Sibanyoni testified before the Madlanga Commission that Sibiya received instructions from Msibi. Sibiya denied any involvement with criminal cartels, dismissing the allegations as politically motivated, and criticized police leadership for internal turmoil while defending his actions to dismantle a task force investigating political killings.
