Sicap-Mbao: Malian trafficker trapped by undercover police officer and arrested with drugs

The research brigade of the Diamaguène Sicap-Mbao police station dismantled a drug trafficking network involving foreign nationals. An undercover officer posed as a customer and bought a cone of cannabis from M. Diallo, a 31-year-old Malian trader, for 1,000 FCFA. After the arrest, a search led to the seizure of eight bags containing about 250 grams of cannabis. Diallo admitted to having transported 500 grams from Mali by land and already sold nearly half. He was brought before prosecutor Saliou Dicko of the Pikine-Guédiawaye court on Wednesday.
