Sierra Leone welcomed its first flight carrying nine migrants expelled from the United States on Wednesday, including seven men and two women from Nigeria, Ghana, Guinea, and Senegal. Upon arrival at Lungi International Airport, they were taken care of and transferred to temporary accommodation. The migrants, described as 'traumatized' by their detention, are expected to be returned to their home countries within fifteen days.
