Sifuna Blocked at JKUAT Gate as Student Forum Is Cancelled

Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna was denied entry at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) Karen campus, where he was scheduled to address students at an inaugural forum on law, policy, and governance. Upon arrival, he found out that the event was canceled at the last minute due to fears of student unrest. A university official stated that the meeting would be postponed and rescheduled later, citing the absence of several professors.
