Sifuna Pledges New Car for Taxi Driver Injured During Chaotic Homa Bay Rally

Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna pledged to replace the vehicle of taxi driver Steven Otieno, who was injured during the violence following the Linda Mwananchi rally in Homa Bay in August. Otieno was attacked by armed youths while transporting a mobilizer for the political movement. His vehicle was set ablaze, leaving him without a source of income. Sifuna responded after disputes arose over who was responsible for replacing the car.
